About Us

Welcome to Creed Family Physical Therapy Center. We decided to start this clinic so that we could follow our dream of providing the best physical therapy care possible in a warm friendly environment. We have been friends and co-workers for several years. We have different styles and experiences in our physical therapy training, which allows us to effectively work with all patient populations.

Our clinic has a pediatric treatment gym and adult gym so that we can treat all ages effectively. Eventually, we hope to grow into a therapy center that will provide other therapies such as Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy to be able to provide all the services patients might need in one location.

Dr. Sharae’ Carter, PT, DPT

I earned my Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine in 1996 from Colorado State University. In 1998, I graduated with my Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Regis University. Following my graduation, I worked in a variety of settings with adult clients to include outpatient orthopedics, inpatient acute care, ICU, oncology, and inpatient rehab. In 2004 I was given the opportunity to follow my dream of being a pediatric physical therapist, and began working in pediatric home care and the school district.  In 2005, I completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University. I have spent over 13 years now working with kids from birth thru 21 years of age. I have had the privilege of working with clients with a wide range of diagnoses, including some very rare diagnoses.  Pediatrics is where my heart is. I am so excited to have this opportunity to open a clinic where I can continue to work with children and with adults as well.

Dr. Rebecca Freed, PT, DPT

I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering from Texas A&M. After having two amazing children, I searched for a career that blended my science background with helping people. I returned to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Colorado in 2008. Following graduation, I worked in adult outpatient physical therapy for five years. I have always had a heart for working with children, and in 2012, I took a position with Academy District 20, while continuing to work in outpatient therapy as a per diem therapist. Opening a family physical therapy center has been a dream of mine, as I love working with all patient ages and populations.  I am certified in Level 1 Trigger Point Dry Needling and  LSVT BIG.
